What to Expect
When working with Chaz, it's a two-way relationship. There's no cap on communication, as it helps to keep progress moving forward. Your training will be written monthly and adjusted weekly as training progresses. Life happens, and tweaks can be made on the go. You'll get an in-depth review of your fitness at start-up and yearly thereafter. All programs are written through TrainingPeaks and will be customized to each
individual in an easy-to-follow format. Nutrition is a big
of being successful, and guidance can be given as
needed. Special care in nutrition leading up to goal
events is laid out in a clear and easy-to-follow way.
Lastly, your goals are important, and I want to see
you achieve them. Facilitating bi-monthly video meetings
helps this process, as well as going over current training and data.
All of this is to help you be the best you can be and continue to learn as you develop. One-on-one coaching works best with being committed for the long haul, which is why we require a 3-month commitment when starting.
